The Jordanelle Reclamation Area south of Jordanelle Reservoir offers excellent birding. Possible species include Common Yellowthroats, Gray Catbirds, Song Sparrows, Red-winged Blackbirds, Yellow Warblers, Osprey, American Dippers, and swallows. The nearby agricultural fields of Heber City also offer exciting possibilities including Sandhill Cranes, Wilson’s Snipes, kingbirds, Bobolinks, and multiple sparrow species. Please carpool with your friends and family members attending the same trip.
