The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act, delivered $350 billion to state, territorial, local, and tribal governments across the country to support their response to and recovery from the COVID-19 public health emergency. Davis County was provided $69,048,017 in funding to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
Davis County must comply with the U.S. Department of Treasury federal compliance and reporting guidance, including the Interim Final Rule (31 CFR Part 35), SLFRF Compliance and Reporting Guidance, Uniform Administrative Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), and the Final Rule once published. These guidelines establish various reporting requirements, including quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports and an annual Recovery Plan Performance Report.
