Purchasing

Purchasing is an integral part of Davis County Government and is a division of the Controller's Office. Davis County departments utilize our Purchasing Department to procure goods and services most efficiently, economically, and timely. The Purchasing staff utilizes County financial policies and procedures as they follow through on a solid pledge to serve the citizens of Davis County at the lowest possible cost to the taxpayer. This is accomplished through efficient planning and management, including centralized and volume purchasing. Competitive bidding and other open competition practices ensure fairness in County transactions.
