He has all his vaccinations and is neutered. He loves bum scratches and snuggles and sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog. He also loves eating anything he possibly can off of the counter, especially paper towels and anything with peanut butter. My parents adopted alby in december and his previous owners weren’t up front with some of the behaviors he has. My mom has a chronic illness and my dad works a lot, so they aren’t able to provide the training and attention that alby needs to thrive. They asked me to post a listing for him. I’ve spoken with multiple trainers, and they seem confident that he could be trained out of his behaviors with commitment from his owners, with or without paying for formal training. Alby is potty trained and crate trained. He does okay with other dogs his size in the home, but gets a little jealous when other dogs get more attention. He is reactive when he sees other dogs on while on walks. He resource guards sometimes when he gets things he shouldn’t have. Ultimately, he is a really sweet dog with some hard behaviors. We want to find him a home where he can thrive and be happy because we do love him, my parents are just not in a place to be that home. Captain has been an indoor/outdoor dog but is completely house-trained, doesn't get on furniture, and have never known him to get things off counters (though i am sure he would if the temptation was great enough). He was raised with a cat (passed) but i don't know how he will respond to other cats. He hasn't had a lot of interaction with other dogs, but he isn't aggressive. He has never bitten anyone. Little lady's foster mom says, we have been calling her sammie. She is a sweetheart and really quite mellow for a puppy. She already knows sit and stay and eats calmly and can eat with the other dogs around. She does will with all other animals and kids. Scrappy is a loveable, mellow puppy that wants all the snuggles. His potty training is going pretty good and he loves the snow. Scrappy's foster says he has a good foundation started already, his first night with her, he is quiet and is doing well with potty. We haven't heard him bark. He seems like well a adjusted pupwho is off to a good start. He can be squeaky in his kennel at night but that is his only negative. He quiets right down when he is able to see you from his kennel.
